Bi-Lingual Receptionist

The Life Center in Odessa has an immediate need for a full-time receptionist with fluency in Spanish and English. Must have excellent phone and public relations skills. Administrative experience in healthcare and/or crisis management is a plus; must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Bi-Lingual Restoration Mentor

Bi-Lingual Restoration Mentor - Part-time, mentor facilitator for programs offered through Restoration Department at our Odessa location, strong background in Biblical application, excellent listening skills, demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving, strong communication skills, and advocates a positive approach to difficult life experiences, has a heart to equip others to overcome and live through life difficulties. Agrees with all policy, common Christian beliefs, and mission/vision of The Life Center.

Prevention Specialist

The Life Center- Midland is seeking to hire a full-time prevention specialist to work in the Midland office under the general direction of the Director of Prevention Education. Responsibilities include presenting abstinence education curriculum to students grades 4th through 12th. Position requires strong communication skills and the ability to be a positive role model in the community. The ability to work well with a team as well as independently is required. Reliable transportation for travel to Odessa, Big Spring, and outlying areas required. Previous experience in public speaking and working with children preferred.

Intervention Advocate (Midland) - Full or part-time position; a person with strong desire to support, educate and provide information, pregnancy support, and referrals to mothers experiencing unexpected pregnancy. Requires TLC staff training - minimum of 40 hours; demonstrates good communication skills, problem solving, resourceful, able to comply with TLC standards of operations, proficiency in MS Office; maintains high level of confidentiality, agrees with The Life Center Statement of Principle and Faith, TLC Common Christian Beliefs and TLC Mission/Vision.
